2 Create business opportunities for members of the Club through networking.
3 Lobby on local / national issues of particular concern to members.
4 Share business ideas and experiences.
5 Raise funds for nominated local Charities.
6 Support business women's initiatives.
Next Meeting
We welcome non members at some of our meetings. If you are interested in any of our speakers and would
like to attend contact maureen.inwards@intergraph.com
Our next meeting will take place on Thursday 24th June at the Tawny Owl
our speaker will be Jo Smyth, of Word Worker, www.wordworker.co.uk
who will be talking about how a way with words can improve your website; many businesses spend hundreds
(sometimes thousands) of pounds of their website design but if the copy isn’t up to scratch they are losing
sales.
Jo will look at some do’s and don’ts of website writing and how the need
to include keywords and phrases needn’t compromise the quality of the copy.”
Open to non members - cost £12.
